The court is one of the most respectable institutions in any country. It ensures that there is peaceful co-existence among the citizens of the country. In case one has been offended, they have the right to sue them in a court of law but after the following conditions have been met. Firstly, the person has to contact the prosecution to try and help them with necessary evidence that can help in the process of trying to make the person who offended them arrested and sued in a court of law. The prosecutor is trained to carry out research that can lead to useful evidence to be used in the case.
After the evidence has been found, the prosecutor can then notify the court of the intention to file a case in the court of law. The court will then set a date for the hearing of the case. The accused will also be allowed to find a lawyer who can represent him or her in the case. The judge gets to listen to both parties in the case and then considering the provisions in the constitution he or she can then make a rational ruling based on the evidence and arguments made.
