JUDICIAL LAW

JUDICIAL LAW

This refers to the law that is used to bring law and order in society. it is the law that can be used to identify a person in a court of law as either innocent or guilty. Crimes are any violations that are made against the laws of a country which are made by the leaders of the country on behalf of its citizens. The more elaborate the law of a country is, the better the country is placed since people will not find loopholes to take part in illegal activities that might be of harmful effect to the citizens individually or to the state at large.
The constitution which carries the law of the country must also be written in the simplest language to enable all citizens understand it and reduce any chances of misinterpretations. Lawyers and judicial judges are law specialists who are mostly found in the court to help people solve their case by law in case the methods of arbitration and mediation have failed. Before a person can be prosecuted in a court of law, there has to be enough evidence that can prove that the person committed the crime and really needs to be punished by law for their unlawful acts.
